I think I’m going to try making soy sauce at home. I bought 30 lbs of GMO free soy beans a few months back. Making soy sauce will finish up some of the soy beans. Here is a howto with pictures!

Wow, so cool. I’d read about making soy sauce before, but it seemed daunting. This made it seem … possible!

Yes it does look easy-peasy. And since I am already an expert in letting thing become mouldy….soy sauce making should be a breeze.
